In preparation for the Aries Moonfire Cacao Ceremony, we engage in pranayama, ancient yogic breathwork, to align body, mind, and spirit. Through intentional breathing techniques, we clear energetic pathways, quiet the mind, and awaken inner wisdom. This practice ignites our inner fire, empowering us to embrace the transformative energies of the ceremony with clarity and purpose.
