Sacred Island Sanctuary

A Portal for Co-Creation on Helgøya, Norway

The Intention

Welcome to The Temple: Sacred Island Sanctuary, a space meticulously designed to hold stillness, transformation, and high-frequency work. Located on Helgøya, the island whose ancient name translates to 'Sacred Island,' we offer a protected canvas for facilitators, therapists, and circle leaders to host intimate retreats and workshops (ideal for 2-8 participants).

This guide serves as our foundation for Conscious Exchange. We invite you to read it with reverence, ensuring that your vision aligns with the sacred integrity of this Nordic land.

The Logistics of Presence

(Setting the Physical Container)

Honoring the Territory: Protocols of Respect

  • Location & Vistas: We are nestled on a peaceful hillside in Ringsaker, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Mjøsa and the surrounding serene fields.

  • Capacity: The Sanctuary Studio is ideal for small, intimate groups (up to 9 participants).

  • Connectivity: Reliable, high-speed fiber internet (150+ Mbps) is available throughout the property, supporting hybrid events and necessary logistics.

  • Transportation Note: Due to our tranquil, protected location, local bus service is extremely limited (operating only 2-3 times daily). A rental car is strongly recommended for flexibility and exploration.

  • Co-Creation Rate: Use of the Sanctuary Studio is separate from accommodation and is subject to our Co-Creation Rate (20% of gains or a minimum daily/hourly fee).

The Ethics of Presence (The Energetic Container)

  • Focus and Requirement · The Honor of the Temple: Sacred Geometry Protocols

This space is consecrated. Upon entering and departing, we ask for a moment of intentional silence to honor the energy you receive and leave behind.

  • Clear Intention: The Energetic Seeding

Only work that serves the collective greater good is permitted. We reserve the right to decline work that is polarized, draining, or compromises the space’s neutrality. Your clear intention is the primary offering.

  • The Silent Sanctuary

We honor the quietude of the Nordic land. Quiet hours are strictly observed (e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) in all common areas to maintain the deep peace required for introspective work.

  • Leaving the Empty Canvas

The space must be returned to a state of energetic neutrality. A simple protocol using the Elemental Co-Creation Kit is required before your final departure.

Your Offering and Legacy

The Elemental Co-Creation Kit

Honoring the Land and the Energy of the North

Your commitment is to leave the space in a state of upliftment. This kit is a tangible, practical tool to facilitate your closing ritual.

  • The Offering of Earth: A small parcel of seeds. Plant them with a prayer of gratitude to create a lasting legacy of your presence and honor the soil of the Sacred Island.

  • The Offering of Water: A refillable glass vessel. Use it to set a pure intention with water drawn from the lake, blessing the lake and the well-being of the region.

  • The Offering of Air: A small, ethically sourced Tingsha bell or natural incense. Use the purifying sound or scent to clear the space completely before your departure.

  • The Offering of Fire: A natural, non-toxic candle. Lighting it briefly with a clear intention seals the gratitude for the work accomplished.
