We will be immersed in the energies of this beautiful yoga studio, built with ancient stones and cared for by the amazing Ashtanga yoga teacher, Meric Ekren, over the last 10 years.

We start with a full body smoke cleanse with copal, before being taken on a journey of body connection, cacao spirit calling, and allowing all present in the room to guide us through a shamanic journey that will bring us messages from our allies, ancestors, and higher selves.

Before the Kakao ceremony, Meric will offer a breathing session to prepare our bodies & minds.
